Louisiana Stuffed Shrimp Factory held a groundbreaking Friday for a new facility in Shreveport.
Mavice Thigpen and her family own Eddie’s Restaurant. They’re known for their stuffed shrimp and tartar sauce. The sauce is available locally.
With the expansion, they plan to hire up to 125 people to produce their products for distribution around the nation.
