NAIROBI, June 20 (Xinhua) — Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber, president-designate of the 28th session of the Conference of the Parties (COP28) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, on Tuesday called for scaling up investments to help African countries transition to green energy sources.
