Talk Business & Politics and the University of Arkansas Fort Smith restarted the Compass Report , a statewide look at the Arkansas economy with a focus on the four biggest metro markets. TB&P host Roby Brock meets with UAFS economist Kendall Ross to break down the results of the report.
